Oladotun Akinnubi is a talented, result-producing management professional with a proven record of accomplishment in organizational administration, human resources management, procurement, logistics and supply chain management, process design & development and strategies that support business goals and objectives. He has over 10 years’ experience in General Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics and Fleet Management Functions. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan and has attended several workshops, conferences and seminars including Afterschool Graduate Development Centre (AGDC); Fate Foundation; Heritage Plus; Peak People Developer; Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA); Mc. Timothy Associates; Lagos Ignite & Enterprise to mention a few. He currently holds the position of Head: Talent & Material Management (overseeing Human Resources, Admin & I.T functions) at BlackHouse Media Limited.
Oladotun, fondly called “Pdot” by close associates, served in various capacities at the 1,500-member, Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF), University of Ibadan; some of the roles include – Kuti Hall Pastor (2001/2002), Prayer Coordinator (2002/2003) and Vice President of the fellowship (2003/2004) during which he took charge of administrative functions including organizing various fellowship programmes. He also served as the Kuti Hall Coordinator of Assembly of Uni-Ibadan Christian Student Fellowships (AUCSF) where he provided leadership for all the Christian Student Fellowships within the Hall of residence.
His corporate experience includes, but is not limited to, serving as an Administrative Coordinator at House of Tara International where he was responsible for the running of 22 branches of the company covering the management of business systems and general operations.
Pdot has a passion for Leadership, Business Management and People development in order to help them realize their God-given potentials & find fulfillment; he is also actively involved in Training, Public Speaking and Organisation.
His hobbies including reading management and leadership development books, travelling and exploring new cities/countries as well as public speaking (Educational Information dissemination). His life mission is to be one who transforms an era!
